JDMC Constructions provide quality residential building and construction services in Victoria to the Colac Otway, Surf Coast and Corangamite Shires.

We are based in Colac, but service all areas to Lorne, Apollo Bay, Geelong, the South West and all locations in- between.

We are specialist custom builders, so we don’t try to sell you a set of plans. We build what you want, from your plans, to create the home you’ve envisioned.

Projects we undertake fall into three categories: Renovations, Extensions and New Builds.

At JDMC Constructions we listen to clients needs, understand their vision, and provide honest guidance to create homes that reflect their vision. Our aim is to not only meet, but exceed expectations. We don’t see our job as finished when the construction ends. We continue to support our clients after handover, standing by the quality of our work and trustworthiness by being available for adjustments or future needs.

Customisation – If you can design it, we can build it. We know that not every project fits into a box and neither do we.

We take very seriously the role our clients entrust us with and recognise that building something of such significant investment carries not only financial weight but also personal importance to the clients. Keeping it local – Supporting our local industry is paramount to us. We support local industry and community in everything we do. We source and use local suppliers of trades and materials. From joinery, to electrical, plumbing, painting, plastering, bricklaying, fabrication and concrete supplies. We value our relationships with other local businesses and are proud to use their products and services in our builds. We also local youth opportunities through work experience, school-based apprenticeships and full time carpentry apprenticeships as well as support local sporting clubs through sponsorship.
